Dear 24DailyPro Members,

As they say in the real world, "I have some good news and some bad
news.  Which do you wanna hear first?"  Well, I am gonna get the bad news
out of the way so we can get on with the GREAT news!

As you probably know by now StormPay is rocking the Surfing world (and
others) by their lies and deceit with where all the funds are that they
have hidden or stole.  So, part of the bad news is that there is
nothing anyone can do but sit back and wait to see how this is going to pan
out. 

What 24DailyPro plans on doing if we receive any funds back is giving
refunds back in the fairest manner possible.  Those details will be
given after we see what we get and when.  I want to remind everyone that we
stated in our TOS that 24DailyPro did not give refunds.  Please know
that EVERYONE that put in a claim or asked for a refund we gave it with
out a second thought.  (In fact I was doing refund claims when I was
kicked out of StormPay as they suspended our account!)

Yes, we do admit because of our database errors (a lot of which the
members caused be not listening and going ahead and buying upgrades and
surfing when they were told not to do so during our server transition)
that we were behind in our help tickets and getting members accounts
straightened out.  We understand this but please also understand that we
went above and beyond what most surfing programs out there would do in
regards to giving back your money.

So, in light of all that is going on and because 75% of our funds are
tied up in StormPay we are soon going to start giving refunds to
E-bullion and E-Gold members that purchased thru these two e-currencies.  How
these refunds and the time frames it will take to get them done is
still on the table.  Please know that these refunds will NOT include any
surfing monies made and or any referral monies.  Also, please know that
we will be as fair as we can in refunding those members that used the
two e-currencies above. 

We will tell you upfront that we will not be able to please everyone
(no one can) and hope that everyone understands this.  We remind you that
when you choose to come aboard ANY surfing program that you stand to
loose everything and that you entered it at your own risk.  24DailyPro is
no different but we do believe that good business practice should be
adhered to by any entity that expects to grow and become one of the best. 
We are striving to be that kind of business model.  Again, we do
understand what some might have thought about us because we did not get
caught up with the help tickets and refunds but rest assured we NEVER
stopped paying out or refunding members. (And we never will....)

Ok, on to the GOOD NEWS!!! 

In the recent past we had explained all about our problems and our
database errors and our server problems, etc., etc., etc.  We also told you
that we had some programmers working on a new script to fix our
scripting errors and bugs that we had encountered.  (This was not a stall
tactic.It was the TRUTH!)   Well, the GOOD NEWS is that they are almost
done with that and we are about to make some GREAT changes and BIG strides
in how 24DailyPro is ran...  With all that is going on with StormPay
and with the instability of our current surfing model we are about to
roll out a NEW 24DialyPro that will not only amaze everyone but it will be
as smooth as silk in payouts and all the other areas that the old model
had problems and was unstable in. 

We are about to bring you a surfing program that will not only be top
notch but also be a place that you can feel 100% safer about your money
and where it is being held.  We are also going to be using the "3-E's"
exclusively for receiving e-currency upgrades and paying them back out. 
They will be E-Bullion, EMO, and E-Gold.  All three of these 3rd party
e-currency companies are known for their policies to NOT suspend or
freeze accounts at their whims.  This is very refreshing to know and in
turn will be a GREAT opportunity for all involved to get ahead
financially and not worry about losing funds by crooked company extortion or
fraud.

Ok, now we need to discuss what needs to happen about those of you who
have referral members under you that you have brought into 24DailyPro. 
Unfortunately there is no way for the old database to be able to
transfer all the referral members and their information over to the new
script.  This is plainly because the new script is NEW and it does not work
in the same manner as the old one does in the old database.

So, here is the plan.  We will be leaving the old 24DailyPro open for a
while for everyone to be able to go into their history to copy and save
their member referral information.  After doing so you will need to
take the referral e-mail addresses from your downline and contact them
after you have received your referral e-mail to sign them up into the new
program so that they will be retained under you in the new system. 
This way you will be able to retain those that you have spent time and
money to bring into 24DailyPro. 

All those members that have not referred anyone into 24DailyPro will
receive an e-mail from us in due time giving you the information you need
to sign up as well.  We apologize ahead of time for this small hurdle
that some of us will have to jump over but in the long run the benefits
of this enormously outweighs the time and effort put forth to get this
done.  We really do appreciate your help in doing this as we really
want YOU to be compensated for those you brought into 24DailyPro with you. 
PLEASE get your referral e-mail addresses copied ASAP!  Thank you.

Well, that about wraps it up for now.  We will keep you posted on how
things are coming and when the new site will be up and running.  Again,
we really do appreciate your help, patience, and understanding during
the past hurdles we have had to jump over and the smaller ones coming.
