Hello Everyone,

This has been a sad and disturbing day for many of our members.... AND for
your 2DollarSurf team.

Mails have been pouring in to let us know that hard-earned 2DS member
payouts to your Stormpay accounts have been "cashbacked" by SP to 12DailyPro
and other autosurf programs with accounts already frozen by Stormpay, and
even personal accounts have been emptied. This means that payouts we send to
your accounts are no longer safe if you surfed on other now "frozen"
surfsites.

Additionally, withdrawals you requested recently  from Stormpay to your
banks in the hope of keeping them safe through this crisis, have been
cancelled and not returned to your SP accounts.

We at 2DollarSurf have experienced the same problems on a much larger
scale. We have been left "open for business", but with greatly reduced funds
in our 2DS accounts due to Stormpay's unacceptable actions.

We just wish to let members who upgraded using Stormpay know that you have
2 options at this time:

1) you may continue to request withdrawals to your SP accounts at your own
risk, and these will be honoured as always.

OR

2) you may upgrade with your earnings.

The choice is yours.

Later, when the dust settles and we have other processors aboard, we will
work out a way to allow SP users to move over to their choice of new
processor.

The good news is that we have now automated our AlertPay and Emo
processors and these will be onsite ready for business in the next day or
two!!

We continue to appreciate your warm words, wishes and suggestions,
especially today when we struggle to keep smiling. It really helps to know
that you, our 2DS family, believes in us so wholeheartedly. THANK YOU !

SUPPORT MAIL /HELP DESK TICKETS

Naturally with all the SP confusion, our support mails have more than
doubled this week. This makes moving forward quickly with our plans far more
difficult. If at all possible, please keep mails to a minimum and check out
our Forums and FAQ's for answers before writing unless your email is urgent
(eg. the system missed adding your upgrade).It would also be helpful if you
add the topic of your question or concern in the subject field so we can
priorise the most urgent. :-)

It would assist us greatly if you send all TECHNICAL questions, problems
etc. to Clark, via a Help Desk Ticket, and everything else to Magga via the
Contact link.

PAYOUTS

All continue to be on schedule thanks to Tina's diligence and dedication.
( Stormpay is "up and down" and therefore completing SP payouts is more time
consuming than usual.)

Again, many thanks for your kind support. We stress once more that we are
here for "a lifetime" and committed 100% to our 2DollarSurf Family !
