Attention!  PICS AT BOTTOM OF PAGE!  Attention!

The news media (ABC News 4 from Salt Lake City, Utah) seems to be one-sided at the moment about 12dailypro, and they have wasted no time trying to make them look bad.  Instead of reporting the truth they have, in an unbiased manner, speculated and used information from StormPay's "User Agreement" regarding pyramid schemes.  I think that if this were a session in a courtroom we would hear the word "OBJECTION" shouted very loudly, then have the comment stricken from the record!

The intent of this website is not to slander StormPay, but only to get other information and viewpoints of the story into the news.  If everyone were to contact FOX NEWS regarding how ABC has one-sided this story, I believe they would be more than happy to balance it for us!

Here's a breakdown of recent events:

StormPay had recently contacted online companies, which used more than one payment processor on their website and told them they would either have to solely use StormPay or don't use them at all.  Several of these companies decided that since most of their members already used StormPay, they would be forced to use them and drop all other payment processors.  12dailypro members were made aware that on 30, January, 2006, StormPay had informed 12dailypro that as long as they offered any other payment option to their members, they would not do business with them and would not allow unrestricted access to the funds in their account.  Then the next day StormPay froze several of these companies accounts (12dailypro included) after they had removed all other payment processors to comply with StormPay's demands.  Now these companies have had their ability and right to function and make payments to their members taken away.

However, it seems that only 12dailypro is being talked about in the news.  Where's the news media's investigative reporting regarding what StormPay is doing to all these companies?  This is not an isolated event.  It is affecting people on a global scale and directly impacts everyone's right to their money.  This is money that common citizens need to pay their bills and afford to live!  To some this may just supplement their income but for others it is the ONLY income they have to rely on!

I can only begin to fathom the amount of lawsuits that StormPay will be facing after this fiasco!  Speaking of lawsuits...let me share a little PUBLIC information with everyone regarding StormPay's past behavior...

McConnel Jr.

Red Flashing Light  CONTINUED VERY SUSPICIOUS STORMPAY ACTIONS  Red Flashing Light

There have been several reports from StormPay members that they have had their accounts seized as well!  After requesting funds to be transferred from their StormPay account to their checking account, StormPay had not only charged back the money to StormPay, but then seized all money involved in that transaction.  In some cases, this involved money that had nothing to do with any purchase at all, only money to fund their StormPay account for future transactions!

The section immediately below is extracted from the latest terms in the StormPay Knowledge Base:

Why did my account receive a chargeback?

Chargebacks: If you receive a payment into your account which resulted from a fraudulent or chargedback transaction from the sender, the funds will be reversed from your account. Chargebacks occur most commonly when a user funds by check or credit card and either does not have the funds in their checking account to cover the transaction or is using stolen financial information. Chargebacks cost us all money, and StormPay Inc. will prosecute any fraud to the fullest extent of the law. If you receive funds through a StormPay transaction funded with the sender's credit card or bank account, in the event the credit card, check, e-check, or ACH transaction is charged back, you agree to hold StormPay Inc. harmless for the reversal amount and to reimburse StormPay Inc. from either your StormPay account or by other means. Chargeback Settlement Fee. To cover the cost of processing chargebacks, StormPay assesses a $35.00 USD fee to recipients whos' product or service made cause for credit card, check, e-check, or ACH payment chargebacks. (A chargeback, or reversal, occurs when a buyer rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card, or the check, e-check, or ACH purchase is reversed.) StormPay is only a reseller and when these charges are charged to StormPay, StormPay must in turn charge the account at fault. StormPay may use funds held in any StormPay account owned by you to recover amounts owed to StormPay due to chargebacks or for any other reason which puts your account into a negative balance situation. (A chargeback, or reversal, occurs when a buyer rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card or sends NSF, or other funds not received by Stormpay check, e-check, or ach funding) In addition, funds from payments received will first be diverted to make up any negative currency balance regardless of your Payment Receiving Preferences.
***END OF STORMPAY'S TERMS***

NOTE: Be sure to read the latest BBB report above, dated February 7, 2006.

There are StormPay members that have documented proof that StormPay has fraudulently tampered with the historical records of StormPay transactions.  StormPay has changed the records to reflect that the member had created a chargeback on a purchase in the past, thus using that tampered record as an excuse to seize the member's money.

WOW!  It must be nice for them to have all that money to do this.  I just wonder where it came from...hmm!!!  The article stated, "Sponsorship adds fuel to speedway’s dreams."  It seems like the dreams from anxious StormPay members expecting their money has to suffer instead?  Why doesn't StormPay tell us all where all of our money is?

It just doesn't seem fair and balanced for 12dailypro, a company that sends its members 1099s for taxes, to be presented by the news media like they are the bad ones.  I think its great that the local newspaper (The
Leaf-Chronicle) has published the concerns of others regarding the seized funds by StormPay.  This move by StormPay has affected the entire autosurf industry on a global scale and not just 12dailypro.  We only want access to the money that is legally ours!
