I think we have been patient enough now with Stormpay to see if they would
even bother to talk to us. I am now proceeding with legal action against
them.

We are dealing with the FBI and a group of lawyers in the United States.

Please note this action will not affect the continuation of the websites
we run, and will not affect any upgrades from any processor apart from
StormPay.

I hope to be able to update you again in the coming days.

If anyone receives a refund from our account at StormPay, could you please
contact me asap to tell me.

Please understand that the compounding and website enabling is being
caught up with, but due to the continued work on the claim against
StormPay we will be slow with these areas.

If you really need something doing quickly email me, but please do not
email if it is not urgent.

I will be offline now for the next 10 hours whilst I travel to a meeting
with the lawyers firm acting on our behalf.
