We have thought long and hard about the scam that StormPay has pulled on
everyone they have chosen to affect with their actions. It does make me so
angry to be in this position; luckily I am a level headed person and get
through this mess in a calm and collected matter.

I would like to point out that we will NOT run away and close up shop as
some others have chosen to do.

We are in a very odd position though. One member so far has stated that
they have had a refund from our account sent by StormPay; I have no
further details on this so far. If you receive a refund from StormPay
using our account I would appreciate a copy of the email so we may keep a
track of their actions.

With this situation of not knowing who is getting money and who is not, we
have to implement the following procedure within our websites. Please note
that no other payment processors will be affected here, if you have
upgraded with E-Gold, AlertPay, PayPal and shortly EMO, these payments
will not be affected in any way by the StormPay mess up.

The fair solution in my eyes:

All StormPay upgrades will be surfed out as normal, when the upgrades
expire they will be added to our waiting/pending database - we will be
paying out every single cent/dollar of every single upgrade. The only
thing we do not know is the exact date for payment. As the majority of all
the funds we received were situated in the StormPay account we have no
option but to delay payment of the returns on these upgrades because we do
not know if you will be refunded by StormPay or not, once we have reached
a solution to the scam they have pulled, be it good or bad financially for
us, we will formulate the payment of returns on these StormPay upgrades.

Some people may ask why we had so much money in StormPay, well the
explanation is easy. We had 2 accounts in StormPay in separate names and
addresses so we did not violate their terms in any way whatsoever. The
first account was the one we used to take the payments from the websites,
this money was then directed in 2 ways for our investment programmes, we
either had StormPay checks sent via DHL to our European Bank Account, or
we transferred the money to the 2nd StormPay account we held to send this
money to the UK to use in the London Stock Exchange. Not one check they
sent to us has been cleared as yet, I would envisage that they have all
been stopped or will be returned unpaid by the bank that ScamPay oops
StormPay issued them from. The 2nd account was frozen before we had a
chance to withdraw any funds to our UK bank account. That is the reason
why they have all the cash. May I point out at this stage that we have a
successful business model and we are not a ponzi scheme in any way?

We are dealing with the FBI and the State of Tennessee with our claims
against StormPay. I think the more people who report the abuse of
ourselves and others by StormPay the better. StormPay should be closed
down in my opinion, and anyone who continues to use them after this should
be very careful. I would urge you all to remove your credit card and bank
details from their databases if you can do so. We have frozen any access
by ScamPay to our bank and credit card accounts.

I would urge everyone who has been affected by the actions of StormPay to
start these proceedings against them.

Finally I would like to request anyone who thinks we have handled this
incorrectly to contact me first before complaining to anyone about us. I
really cannot see that we have any option but to do what we have decided
is fair for everyone.

Please note that if StormPay turn out to be a total scam and disappear
with everyone's money, we will formulate a plan to pay everyone who joined
our programme. This money will come from my personal pocket and not be
funded by future upgrades by other members. We are not a ponzi rip-off; we
are a professional company innocently affected just as you are.

Well as always our motto has not changed.
