This is a message to just inform you that we are still here and are making every effort to resolve a situation that has occured with StormPay.
If you are not aware, StormPay have taken it upon themselves to freeze every account they can relate to the  Autosurf industry and ALPHA has also been affected even though we were loyally paying members commissions.
As it stands now, we are unable to access our account at stormpay or even get a straight answer from them as to why they froze our account and i they will allow us access to refund payments.

We consider it very suspicious that they are not willing to let us login and refund users as surely this would reflect better on them than the current speculation circulating oin forums on the internet.

At this time, we must assure you all that ALPHA does not have your money, it is StormPay who are holding it and being uncooperative.

We have been a long time customer of Stormpay and have indeed referred many thousands of members to their website and I can only hope that they genuinely are investigating the situation as they stated in emails they sent out.
With the above in mind, I am still quietly confident we will work this out with them soon but their lack of response to support tickets logged does seem to make that confidence less and less as each hour passes.

I will keep you informaed of the latest developments in this case as they occur and would ask that you accept this situation is not only Affecting members of ALPHA but many thousands of users in surf programs worldwide.
