           It is with much regret that we have to send you this email
to update you on current events.
 
As many of you may know, Stormpay changed the rules just a few days ago
about using Stormpay on a site which paid earnings or commissions in
conjunction with other processors. As most of our members wished to upgrade
with Stormpay we removed the other processors in order to comply with the
new Stormpay rules in the belief that there should be absolutely no problem
for the TurboGPT members because we had complied fully!
 
It would appear that Stormpay have without warning and without reason just closed
our account and have completely denied us access to it. They have not answered any
of our calls or emails regarding our account and what will happen to our members
funds. We have told them that we need access to those funds to do payouts to members
but instead they choose to just completely ignore our polite emails!
 
It seems that we are not the only surf site this has happened to!, many other programs
have also had their accounts closed today with no reason given and the members funds held
hostage by Stormpay Inc. Having done a little more research into Stormpay today it
is of no surprise to us that they may have acted in this manner.
 
Their honesty is at best questionable when you take into consideration that both Stormpay
and NetIBA claim that NetIBA is an "INDEPENDENT 3rd Party verification system", when in fact
both Stormpay Inc and NetIBA were both incorporated in the same town. Taking $20 a year off
their members for doing the due diligence that they should be doing in the first place has
all the ingredients of a classic scam! Notice that both are registered by one John R. McConnel Jr.

Stormpay have also in the past been served with a Cease and Desist order by the State of Tennessee
for the sale of unregistered securities and the operation of ponzi schemes and fraud!
 
Stormpay also have no telephone number on their site which is in fact illegal and carries a fine
of upto $100,000. They have also ignored our requests for their money transmitter license details
which makes us think that they are possibly operating without a money transmitter license which is
also illegal.
 
None response to email and the freezing of accounts without good reason is illegal too.
 
It has become apparent that Stormpay appear to care very little about their customers and
the words "honesty" and "Stormpay" appearing in the same sentence is never likely to happen unless of course
you are reading some of the many self promoting messages that Stormpay send to their customers.
 
We are sure that Stormpay will probably tell people that these accounts were closed because of member
complaints or because the Admin ran off with all the money. We can assure our members that the very few
refund requests we received were paid back in full immediately and that we have not even requested a
single dime in payments to ourselves from Stormpay, meaning that they had absolutely no good reason
to take our members money and hold it hostage.
 
We are asking that our members do not file refund requests or complaints until our lawyer has been in contact
with Stormpay regarding this situation, because Stormpay will then be able to claim that the account was closed
due to a large volume of refund requests, chargebacks or complaints which they themselves would have caused.
 
If Stormpay Inc do not respond to our lawyer then we will have no hesitation in filing suit against them for and
on behalf of our members and will then recommend that all members who have personally lost money because of
Stormpay go and initiate refund requests or chargebacks against Stormpay Inc. Please do not do this yet though!

Above you will find more interesting information about Stormpay Inc, but please be aware that if you do file
suit against them that it might be dismissed unless you file it in Tennessee as their user agreement that you
signed clearly states that you can only sue them in Tennessee!
 
Will I be paid my Stormpay withdrawal in another currency?
 
Unfortunately we are unable to do this due to insuffient funds as approximately 95% of all spends were made with
Stormpay. We will however immediately pay out all members who are owed Stormpay payouts if Stormpay ever allow us
to access our account and pay our members, but please do not bank on this as so far they have simply ignored all
our requests to know why they have just out of the blue closed our account.
 
If you pay a visit to any of the forums or message boards where surf sites are discussed you will see that we are
not alone and are not just simply making up a story to avoid paying our members what they are owed. Our hands are
completely tied here and we are doing everything humanly possible to regain access to our account to pay our members
and to keep our members updated as to what is happening, but as Stormpay is ignoring us we are completely in the dark
also and will update you on the situation as soon as we know more.
 
At this stage we are effectively starting over again as we have over 10,000 members and very few other options in the
pipeline at present due to the latest Stormpay fiasco. We ask that members be patient and support us in the startover
by upgrading with different currencies, more below......
 
The good news is that as we no longer have an active Stormpay account and will never use them again anyway, we no longer
have to abide by their new rules on using more than one processor and will be reinstating E-Gold, Ebullion and other
reliable and HONEST payment processors immediately and effective straightaway.
 
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to any of you and will do our utmost to try and get your money
back for you or your owing payments to you.
 
As we have over 10,000 members and as the site has been an unprecedented success we believe that we can forge onwards
and continue to assist our members to earn an online income outside of Stormpay. This would require upgrading your account
with any of the other funding methods we offer and waiting a while while we figure out the Stormpay situation for any outstanding
Stormpay payouts.
 
We hope that you understand that this is completely outside of our control and that we are not the only site affected
by this stupidity.
